Eligibility Criteria for BPCL Recruitment 2025

Educational Qualification

Junior Executive (Quality Assurance):

B.Sc. (Chemistry) (3-year course), with specialization in Organic/Physical/Inorganic/Analytical chemistry, with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks (or equivalent CGPA) from a recognized university.
OR Diploma in Chemical Engineering (3-year course) with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks (or equivalent CGPA) from a recognized university.
Relaxation of 5% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.

Secretary:

Bachelor’s degree (3-year course) with a minimum of 70% marks in aggregate (or equivalent CGPA), relaxed to 65% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
Class XII with a minimum of 70% marks (or equivalent CGPA), relaxed to 65% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
Class X with a minimum of 70% marks (or equivalent CGPA), relaxed to 65% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.

Age Limit

Maximum Age: 29 years
Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules.
