Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the specific eligibility requirements
for the post they are applying for under the LDCE.
For Lower Division Clerk (LDC)
- Eligible
Employees: Group 'C' employees whose pay scale is identical or
lower than LDC, and Group 'D' employees serving in respective offices.
- Educational
Qualification: Minimum Matriculation (10th Pass) or
equivalent.
- Service
Requirement: Completed 5 years of regular service in
Group 'D' and Group 'C' isolated cadre.
For Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA)
- Eligible
Employees: Group 'C' staff of Head Office.
- Educational
Qualification: Matriculation (10th Pass) or
equivalent.
- Service
Requirement: Minimum 3 years of regular service in
the grade at Level-1 in Pay Matrix [Rs. 18,000 – 56,900].
