- Jr. Clerk-cum-Copyist: Graduate in any discipline, with a diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institution.
- Jr. Typist: Graduate, with a diploma in Computer Application and a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
- Jr. Stenographer: Graduate, with a diploma in Computer Application, 80 WPM shorthand, and 40 WPM typing speed.
- Salaried Amin: Matriculation (10th) from a recognized Board, along with knowledge in Survey & Settlement.

Selection Process
The selection process includes the following stages:
- Written Test:
- Jr. Clerk-cum-Copyist: English (100 marks), Arithmetic (100 marks), General Knowledge (100 marks).
- Jr. Typist: English (100 marks), Typing Test (50 marks), Computer Science Test (100 marks).
- Jr. Stenographer: English (100 marks), Shorthand & Typing Test (50 marks), Computer Science Test (100 marks).
- Salaried Amin: English (50 marks), Arithmetic (50 marks), Technical Knowledge (Survey & Settlement) (100 marks).
- Computer Science Test (Practical): All candidates will be tested on computer applications.
- Viva-Voce Test: To assess general knowledge and personality.
- Document Verification: Only candidates who qualify in all the stages will undergo document verification.
