- B.E./B.Tech with 60% marks + NPTI/CEA certification (preferred)

- M.Sc (Chemistry) / B.Tech (Chemical Engineering) with 60% marks
- HR & CSR Posts:
- MBA/MSW/PG in Rural Management (AICTE recognized)
- Finance:
- CA/CMA qualified
- IT:
- B.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA with SAP certification
