Selection Process
The selection process is rigorous and varies by cadre:

Salary and Compensation
Selected candidates will be appointed in Grade ‘B’ with a starting basic pay of ₹55,200/-. The total initial monthly emoluments are approximately ₹78,450 (without accommodation) and can go up to ₹1,40,600 at the top of the scale. The Cost to Company (CTC) is around ₹1.2 lakhs per month, including dearness allowance, house rent allowance, grade allowance, and other benefits.
