Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:
The educational requirements are specialized for each role. In general, candidates need a Graduation/Post Graduation from a government-recognized university or institution. Key professional qualifications like CA, CFA, CFP, MBA (Finance/Marketing/Banking), and certifications from NISM (such as Investment Advisor, Research Analyst) are highly desirable and, for many posts, mandatory. The age limit varies for different posts. Here is the post-wise age criteria:

  • Head (Product, Investment & Research): 35 - 50 Years

Selection Process and Application Fee

Selection Process:
The selection for these Specialist Officer posts will be based on shortlisting and interview.

  • Shortlisting: The bank will shortlist candidates based on the eligibility criteria and their qualifications/experience. Mere fulfilment of minimum qualifications does not guarantee an interview call.
  • Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview. The final merit list will be prepared based on the performance in the interview.
