🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification (As per official notification)
Candidates must possess the following essential qualifications from a recognized University/Institute:
- For Senior Technical Assistant-B (STA-B): Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Physics/Chemistry) OR Diploma in Engineering/Technology in the relevant trade/discipline.
- For Technician-A: 10th (Matric) pass AND ITI certificate in the relevant trade OR 10+2 (Intermediate) with Science stream.

The gross salary includes Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance, and other perks as admissible. The exact in-hand salary will vary based on the city of posting.
🔍 Selection Process
The selection for both STA-B and Technician-A posts will be based on a two-tier computer-based examination:
- Tier-I (CBT): A screening test consisting of objective-type questions on General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and General Science. This test will be qualifying in nature.
- Tier-II (CBT): The main examination focused on subject-specific technical knowledge related to the candidate's discipline/trade.
Note: The final merit list will be prepared based on the performance in Tier-II only, subject to qualifying Tier-I. There will be no interview for these posts.
