Important Instructions for Candidates

  • Only online applications will be accepted through the MCL website.
  • No personal interview will be conducted. Selection is based solely on CBT merit.
  • Candidates may opt for three Test Cities at the time of application (cannot be changed later).
  • No negative marking for wrong answers in CBT.
  • Departmental candidates (CIL & Subsidiaries) have no upper age limit but must apply through proper channel with NOC.
  • Candidates working in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies/PSUs must produce No Objection Certificate at DV.
  • EWS candidates must submit Income & Assets Certificate issued by Competent Authority.
  • OBC (NCL) candidates must have valid Non-Creamy Layer certificate.
  • Minimum height requirement: 60 inches (excluding for Asst. Foreman post in case of Dwarfism).
  • The validity of the merit panel will be 01 year or as per extant Govt. guidelines.
  • MCL shall not be responsible for network congestion at the last moment. Do not wait until the last date.
