National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO), a Navratna
Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE), has officially released the NALCO
Non-Executive Recruitment 2026 Notification for filling 272
vacancies across various Non-Executive posts including Operator,
Technician, Mining Mate, Junior Foreman, and more.
The online application process started on 21 May
2026, and as per the latest notice, the last date has been extended
up to 17 June 2026 (11:55 PM). Candidates meeting the prescribed age
criteria and possessing qualifications such as 10th, ITI, Diploma, B.Sc. (Chemistry), Mining Mate
Certificate, Mining Foreman Certificate, or relevant trade qualifications are
eligible to apply.

multiple posts will result in summary rejection.
- Only full-time
qualifications from recognized institutes will be considered.
- OBC
(NCL) certificate must be in the Central List (State
Government OBC lists are not followed).
- EWS
Income & Asset Certificate must be issued on or after 01-04-2026.
- PwD
candidates must have a minimum 40% permanent disability as
per RPwD Rules, 2017.
- Land
Ousted candidates must upload a valid Employment Preference Certificate
(maximum age 40 years).
- Employees
of PSUs/Government organizations must produce a No Objection
Certificate (NOC) at the time of DV.

the CBT hall.
