  • This choice is final and cannot be changed later

Step 3: Create an Account

  • Click on "Create an Account"
  • Fill in personal details (mobile number, email ID, etc.)
  • Aadhaar or DigiLocker authentication is strongly advised

Step 4: Fill the Online Application Form

  • Log in with your credentials
  • Fill educational qualification, category, and other details carefully

Step 5: Live Photograph Capture

  • Live photograph is captured during online application – pre-existing photographs are not accepted

Step 6: Upload Signature (and SC/ST certificate for free travel pass, if applicable)

  • Upload signature in prescribed format

Step 7: Pay Application Fee

  • Pay applicable fee online (Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, UPI)
  • No documents need to be uploaded at application stage (except signature and SC/ST certificate for free travel pass)
