to the BSNL online recruitment portal and complete the online registration
process.
Step 2: Select BSNL Circles
- Select
preferred BSNL Circles from the available 21 circles. Choose your options
carefully before final submission.
Step 3: Fill the Application Form

in all required personal, educational, and communication details.
Step 4: Upload Required Documents

a printout of the completed online application and registration
particulars for future reference.
Step 7: Editing Window (if needed)
- An
editing window will be available from 04 July 2026 to 11 July 2026 for
correction of selected fields.
Important Notes:
- Candidates
employed in Government Departments, PSUs, or Autonomous Bodies must
produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of
document verification.
- Admit
cards for the Computer Based Test will be available for download from the
BSNL website using login credentials.
⚠️ Important Instructions for
Candidates
- The
prescribed qualification must be obtained from a recognized University
incorporated by an Act of Parliament or deemed University under Section 3
of the UGC Act, 1956.
- Candidates
must have completed the qualifying course on or before the closing
date (03 July 2026).
- Application
fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
- No
other mode of payment except online will be accepted.
