📝 How to Apply
(Step-by-Step Procedure)
Since this is a departmental recruitment, the
application process has two parts: online submission followed
by forwarding of the printed application through your
department.
Step 1: Online Application on SSC Website
- Visit
the official SSC website (ssc.nic.in) and complete One Time
Registration (OTR) if not already registered (using Aadhaar or
other approved ID).
- Verify
your mobile number and email ID via OTP.
- Login
using your Registration Number and Password.
- Click
on the application link for *"Junior Secretariat Assistant /
Lower Division Clerk Grade Limited Departmental Competitive Examination,
2025"*.
- Fill
in all required service, cadre, employment, and eligibility details
carefully.
- Select
your examination medium.
- Upload
the required documents (certified copy of Service Book first page, service
particulars, educational certificates, PwD certificate if applicable,
etc.).
- Capture
a live photograph through the application module (plain
background, no cap/mask/glasses).
- Upload
your scanned signature (JPEG/JPG, 10 KB to 20 KB).
- Preview
the application and submit the form online.
- Take
a printout of the submitted application form.
Step 2: Forwarding Through Department
- The
printed application, along with all required documents, must be forwarded
through your respective Service/Cadre Controlling Authority (Head
of Department/Head of Office).
