on "Register Now" and generate OTR (mandatory)

for Aadhaar-based authentication if possible (avoids rejection
for photo/signature issues)
Step 2: Complete OTR Profile
- Fill
personal, educational, and contact details
- Lock
the OTR profile after completion
Step 3: Fill Common Application Form (CAF)
- Log
in with OTR credentials
- Capture live
photograph via camera (pre-existing photos not accepted)
- Upload
