Step 1: Generate One-Time Registration (OTR)

  • Visit https://ssc.gov.in
  • Click on "Register Now" and generate OTR (mandatory)
  • Opt for Aadhaar-based authentication if possible (avoids rejection for photo/signature issues)

Step 2: Complete OTR Profile

  • Fill personal, educational, and contact details
  • Lock the OTR profile after completion

Step 3: Fill Common Application Form (CAF)

  • Log in with OTR credentials
  • Capture live photograph via camera (pre-existing photos not accepted)
  • Upload scanned signature (JPEG/JPG, 10–20 KB, 6.0 cm × 2.0 cm)

Step 4: Fill Examination Specific Module
